My approach is personalised, holistic, integrative and depth-oriented, drawing on my training and experience in; Hypnotherapy & NLP, Breathwork & Meditation, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Transpersonal Psychology, Spiritual Coaching, Shamanic Practices and Psychedelic Integration.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and lived experience. Together, we create a safe, compassionate space where transformation can happen at your pace — with support, guidance, and clarity.

Becoming Free From Within
I have guided clients in their healing journeys through issues such as anxiety, depression, relationships and heartbreak, overcoming addictions and habits, fears and phobias, past traumas, insomnia, increasing confidence and self-esteem, integrating psychedelic experiences as well as exploring healing through Past Life Regressions. I also help facilitate psychedelic retreats in the Netherlands as well as facilitating breathwork, meditation and psychedelic integration circles in person and online.

I am a psychedelic integration coach and help to facilitate plant medicine retreats in the Netherlands as well as online group integration circles.
I provide 1-1 preparation, integration and microdosing coaching. I can provide advice and support to help you minimise risks and maximise the magic of psychedelic medicines.
When we break free from the confines of the ego, when we connect with the Great Mystery, and realise that we are a part of something incomprehensibly vast and beautiful, we set out on a spiritual path that leads us home.
